We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental team. Duties

• Perform a wide range of dental procedures including dental examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, and oral surgery with precision and care
• Assess patient needs through thorough examinations, medical and dental history reviews, and accurate diagnosis utilizing medical imaging and dental terminology
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with patient goals while explaining procedures clearly to ensure informed consent
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and office protocols using dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems
• Follow strict infection control protocols and aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during all procedures
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide four-handed dentistry for efficient workflow and enhanced patient comfort
• Educate patients on oral health maintenance, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote long-term wellness

Requirements

• Valid state dental license with eligibility to practice as an Associate Dentist
• Proven experience in general dentistry with proficiency in pediatric dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and oral surgery
• Familiarity with dental software including Dentrix Ascend or equivalent electronic health record systems
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, medical terminology, anatomy, infection control practices, and medical imaging techniques
• Ability to perform dental extractions, root canal treatments, dental fabrication procedures, and other complex restorative services confidently
• Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs compassionately and communicate effectively
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations for safeguarding patient information and maintaining confidentiality
• Experience working in a busy dental office environment with a focus on high-quality patient outcomes
• Commitment to continuous learning about new techniques in endodontics, prosthodontics, pediatric dentistry, and infection prevention
