The Triple Whammy: Change, Communication & Conflict
Today’s dental practice must function in an ever-changing environment. Learning to communicate with different styles is key to a fully functioning leadership team. In this session, participants will consider change and how clients and staff respond differently to new situations and how change affects different styles. Peter Senge’s “Ladder of Inference” will be used to illustrate the lenses we look through when communicating and making decisions. Join us for this high energy presentation!
